1. CFO Services
FCRT Services provides part-time CFO services tailored to client requests and business needs. These services include USA registered (FINRA) investment dealers who require a FINOP.
FCRT CFO Services include:
- Licensed regulatory sign-off as required by the Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) for both CIRO and FINRA (USA) Members.
- Detailed reporting of Regulatory capital usage to assist management in capital allocation and operational decisions.
- Report and advise management on business activities for capital market and corporate finance transactions.
